Maybe a theme name without so heavy history would serve you better...
I'd assume a "milk"-theme to be white on the other hand, besides of expecting it to be derrivated from max rudbergs work.

I agree. However, 'milk' is fairly old..perhaps he doesn't know it was a popular theme that spawned many derivatives
well done. I like the fact you made the menu dark. I always do that in otherwise light themes :)
