I really can't believe that there would be anyone interested in downloading this theme. 34 downloads (so far) are more than I could ever imagine. It is not because I think this theme is bad IMO, it's more because it tries to emulate an infamous default theme.
Anyway, if you like it, feel free to ignore my opinion.
I think your theme is fantastic. I like old windows theme. Many people love old os themes, so it is natural these number of download. Other theme i love is old mac os theme, but thre is not this theme for openbox :(

I never thought of it in such way and yes, you are right! If I had to use WindowsXP or later I would personally chose the classic theme. So I guess there still are a needs for themes like this one.
I have never used old mac os, so it might be a bit hard for me to make a theme that emulates it, otherwise I would have done it.
