I use it with the GTK theme Clearlooks-flat-compact. It's monochrome but not dark, and this just fits perfectly. Easy on the eyes and classy. I don't get why people think Openbox themes have to be flat and dull.
I'm enjoying this easy-on-the-eyes theme very much. I've been playing with shades of gray and khaki for a few weeks now myself but hadn't ventured quite as dark as this however now that I see it I like it :)
I haven't figured out which icon theme you have in use yet, care to share the name?
Also I quite like the B&W snapshots you're employing in your screen-shots of this and your PekWM theme of the same name perchance are they available for private use?

Nice theme, although it'd be nice to have the window minimize/restore/close buttons always showing.
