Description:
A simple Yellow and Black theme that I created for myself.

When you hover over the title bar buttons they turn blue (#0000FF).

At the moment there is a slight problem, at least on my system, whereby the unmaximise button doesn't change colour when hovered over. If this is a fault with the theme and anyone knows how to resolve this, please tell me and I'll upload and updated version.
