I'm sorry. Let me be more specific. The link here takes me to gnome-look.org. The link to deviant art from gnome-look is the one that's broken. Deviant art cannot find the gtk theme file with the link you've provided.

Try with this slightly modded theme.
Did you mean to include a link? I'm not sure I understand exactly what you mean.
There is already link for gtk theme,why should I add another.
