Description:
Based on XFWM4 theme, Symphony, created by Olivier Fourdan (fourdan@xfce.org), August of 2004. Originally released under GPL, so I am choosing same license. You can find a good GTK+2 theme to pair up with this theme, here: http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Murrina-GT4?content=45896. Either the regular or rounded version works well.
