Description:
Neonschwarz is a dark theme with glowing elements. It is inspired by the Onyx Openbox theme.

The theme fits well with the gnome-brave icons from GNOME Colors.
Last changelog:

1.5 - renamed to Neonschwarz
1.4 - added optional Fedora menu icon
1.3 - added titlebar icon support
1.2 - added light outline to make window borders more distinguishable on dark backgrounds
1.1 - added pixmap window border in order to easier grab window handles
1.0 - fixed Onyx window decoration
0.9 - initial release based on IceNine and lxdfrost
