Description:
This is a Mandrake (groovy?) star made with:
* Inkscape
* Gimp 2

I learned Inkscape basis at:
http://programmer-art.org/?page=inkscape
Last changelog:

07th july 2004:

* changed licence from GPL to Artistic 2.0 as I can not provide source file for this wallpaper (ergh, I'ld like but Inkscape crashed when saving to .svg)

* moved the star upper so that it is no more hidden by kicker

* added "Mandrake Linux" text using Loki-Cola font you can find at http://dafont.com

* added a larger screenshot (looks like you, readers, dislike small ones)

* removed the zip file containing 2 wallpapers to 1 (the updated) png file.
