I have really enjoyed seeing all of the people so excited about bashing each other here. I have to admit, some of the art done by some people is not that great to look at, but, it does make you remember who you are here for, and to all of you making Christian wallpapers, keep it up. It has become a daily dose of Christ in my life, and I appreciate it. So don't get discouraged by people who no not the Lord or his love, for the Lord is God whether or not they like it.

Even though i dont´t feel very "showcase religious" - it´s the strength of the linux communtiy to be tolerant. We have here a wallpaper with the text "jesu is the way" - why not ? As long as nobody is hurt, harassed or or disrespected - let him go (pls. even me with my bad english ;-) )!

You are a beginning artist, and some of your work lacks the structure of functional art (like KDE-Look people are expecting). The maze? I am uncertain what the purpose of that is (plus the colors clash). The firdt one ins't too bad (low color spread, single subject left to right, top to bottom) but the second one makes a common mistake called stacking. This is when you keep adding stuff until the pieces begin to clash. Less is more in art. Keep trying, although let me make this suggestion: Use the desktop for yourself for a day and see how it fits. Then you can change it (keep the xcf file) to make it more pleasant.

While I admire your displays of faith, these backgrounds look terrible. They show a fair proficiency with Photoshop/GIMP plugins, but you need to work on things like composition and design. Plus, these make terrible backgrounds, unless you don't use desktop icons!
