In that case you must have failed kindergarten ;) I've seen better pictures made by kids in a creche using fingerpaint and potato stamps.
Have to give him credit for atleast being productive, wether it is your cup o' tea or not. Atleast try to respect the creations of another and be thoughtful of their efforts. I'd bet constructive criticisms are always welcome though.
