There's still a couple of US-Citziens that are kind of all right. So probably wiping out Washington D.C. and most of Texas wouls suffice... :-> (I'm not American as you can tell.)
And don't forget that this Site is in English, so most likely lots of Americans are around here. And most of them are going to vote what they call "patriotically".
Although I agree (sort of, but i will not get into it in detail) I think it it is not such a good idea to 'wipe' the whole of North America from the map
