It doesn't take a genius to draw m$ logo!
And with tendency that m$ has, purchasing companies and then making their products suck + adding publicity to "innovations", I say that they got it from somewhere else as m$ people are too dumb to make something of their own!

Nope, they don't. You cant take a copyrighted work and make a derivative work from it without the (new) work being copyrighted by the original party. Of course, if there are _substantial_ changes it would be different, but all you did was add bullet holes.

well, a laywer i guess. but I doubt MS would care enough about this to force you to need one ;)
