Hi, i like it ! Just some sugestions:
I would ligthen the background pic to make it more discret and sober. I think it's a bit dark to act as a wallpaper (imho), the horizontal lines are too much contrasted with the whole picture. In addition it would give an other aspect to the wallpaper to ligthen the original photograph and to render it more fuzzy.
Otherwise it's great :D

I got it very light-grey using intensity-blending with a light-grey (I love KDEs desktop-settings!) whose eyes are this?
