[ENG] It's the first release of a wallpaper for Polish Linux users group. If you have some ideas you want to share, just leave a comment. Last changelog:

As we talked yesterday, I suggest to use kind of abstraction for background (like some of Plasma wallpapers) and put on it that nice flag effect but with translucency instead of black (blend flag on it), and make that bar lower but still centered. Also I suggest to use full mirror of text instead of separate for each line, maybe would look better. ;-)

Nice wallpaper, but my suggestion is to give words in the middle of the wallpaper
