i found the picture on the internet without any copyright-tag or something like that on it, so i thought i could use it.
further i didnt write my name on i, either i said that i am the photographer of the pic.
besides, did you ask kylie minogue or her photographer if they agree, that you publish your screenshot with her wall in the background on this side?
It is a totally different matter to post a screenshot (publishing screenshots does not break copyright laws) than publishing a wallpaper that is basically not your work as your personal achievement. That definitely is illegal. Think about it.
