I made this completely in gimp. If you want to know how I made it, I will post a short message explaining it. It is really pretty simple to make.

Yeah, I know the left side of the swirly thing is a little weird, but I will fix that later.

I don't think I need to make other sizes, because if it is stretched or squished, there isn't anything that will look strange.
