It made me laugh ;) I wouldn't worry about anything; it is well known that vista isn't the best OS on earth. I have heard even microsoft uses unix to make their cds, but I don't know how true the article was :)
Sorry to rain on your parade, but I have never seen any software or hardware saying "better".
I think it is because the manufacturers know that Vista is not necessarily better.
It is however Higher in the list of software, since it is newer than XP. Same can be said of Windows 7.
The joke is good, but it is more propaganda based on fiction than anything else.
In order to ridicule something or someone, make sure you can't be ridiculed as well.
