Decided to sit down and make a wallpaper and not care if it looked good or bad. I'd say this is passable.

Spammed the gradient tool. Started work on a 640x400 canvas, but it scaled up pretty well. The fuzziness from the scaling and the conversion to jpeg helps the glow.
