Description: This is a modified version of http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=45628 -- Garry asked for a vesion that would tile seamlessly, so I made it.
The original image is not my, I just GIMPed it a bit.
Well I used Layer -> Transform -> Offset to shift the image halfway horizontally, then used "Smudge" to make the middle seamless. Then I did the same, just shifted the layer vertically.

Did you just soften up the edges? I wanted to make it "tileable", but wasn't sure how.
