Unfortunately I didn't. But I went to the very last remaining "Engenhos" that is still producing Poncha, the rum and Honey-Wine (can't remeber the name of the town...).
What I really enjoyed was the "Bolo de Mel" and the Madeirian Wine, I liked "Malmsey" and "Sercial" best ;)
However, maybe I'll find another nice pic for a wallpaper :)
Well, there are some photos in the site of the "tuna" I've belonged (a Latin tradition, where graduating students gather themselves to play music), that can revive your memory (and check our alcoholic moments :P):
