Based off of Ubuntu 9.10 "Karmic Koala"'s new, darker, bolder GUI. This was inspired by Kubuntu's standard-issue wallpaper and splash screen. I also wanted to test out this "focus blur" plugin for GIMP I found in the SPM. Hope you all like it.
