Hey I know that e and Pi both are irrational numbers but what about the value i? Could you define it or is it just an variable?
i, the "Imaginary unit", is a complex (non-real) number that is defined as square root of -1. This equation is a real formula called "Euler's identity", see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Euler's_identity
