I have crunched a deb of UE 2.4 theme. Your animated wallpaper will be the default, it is being beta tested, unreleased currently to the public 2.4.4
I did modify it and put Ultimate Edition 2.4 at the bottom.
I have also generated a deb of the nautilus scripts & re-wrote the GDM Maker You can snatch that here:
