Wide screen coming soon. What resolution would you like?
1280x800 ?
Thanks! But what are the black borders for and something is with the color palette - the transitions aren't smooth...
Black Borders? I don't have any, not too pleased about the transitions but in my newer artwork (Unreleased) I have sorted that out. I might release a new version with he transitions fixed.
Sorry - EOG showed me some crazy black borders:) All is fine, except color transitions.
I agree. Very similar to mac's default wallpaper. I'm just curious...when linux offers the ability to customise your desktop to virtually how you want it, why do people opt to make it look like a mac? I'm not bagging on anyone, just curious.
I hate the whole mac lookalike thing and windows, but I do accept there are some thing both OS's have done right. So i use mac like wallpapers not the same but similar, and I love the dock its just so beautiful. On KDE i like the default so i change little but the wallpaper. So I suppose it is your own choice, although at a glance my system looks like a mac wannabe it uses different icons and the gtk themes is completely different. I even made an extra effort to make this more blue than purple/pink to make it less mac like.
This looks a lot like a Mac wallpaper. Maybe it's just me though...
See those nasty gradient marks? Where colors fade they leave behind a nasty line instead of a smooth transition. Add a touch of noise to the aurora layer. Like .8 noise monochrome. It should kill the nasty lines.
