There is a CRC error with gz package. Here it is:

yes you can.
but there is only one upload allowed on the gnome-look server.
however, either you have to add a link to your own webspace where you uploaded the picture, or you add a second one as a screenshot(upload max. 300kb)

Why don't resize by yourself? Use gimp or any other program, it's simple.. Nice backround, keep going!
Because in that case, the ubuntu logo (circle) would not be any more perfect circle.

may you publish this in highter resolutions? and maybe only the picture, too?
