I use this on my cube top cap. Great way to 'lock' your computer. In Compiz->Rotate Cube, turn on Snap to Top Face.

You may download the xcf and edit it yourself. It's GPL and open-source!
(The xcf files with the gradient backgrounds are ridiculously bigger than without background.)
Possible variants are:
1) "(just kidding)" sign
2) British English spelling of "authorized"
3) Ubuntu (or other distro) instead of Linux
4) Distro logo or Tux instead of the warning logo
