Yes you are right the kicker is a nasty relic, that has to bee replaced or enhanced soon as possible. I hope the slicker team will suceed with there great ideas.

The slicker team do it in another way like all the other GUI's and they do it in a BETTER way!
A KDE with slicker would kick XP to hell and could compete with OS X!
