I appreciate that you'd think that, and you did add your hard work to it... but unfortunately you just can't incorporate other people's copyrighted work (which this almost certainly IS) and still have it be GPL.
Thanks for the work, but maybe think about listing another license.
Yeah yeah I agree with you man, thats right. Look "you author" try to imagine another guy will grab YOUR work and give it to all the people around. And voila no one will pay your for your work because everyone can download it for free. So .. try to think about it man.

You can not GPL this image unless YOU took the photo that was used in the manipulation. You don't own her imagine.
The picture I got it for free.I altered the photo a little and made it look better.It is my work,too.So,it is GPL!
