The image is very nice, however that fact is lost in the watermarks you put on an otherwise nice image. Their is also the odd license which is less than inspired. So I will head back to the first point, It would be a nice image...
Is the source © too? I would be pleased to get it, I'm sure we could make fantastic things with it!

I could change the layout color, resize it... In fact, make it as I would like it, but as I don't know how it would be now, I can't explain it :)
