I agree with everyone else the copyright notice is a bit much you could have just placed a small watermark on your pic and people would have gotten the point.
yeah, nice picture... I can really see this on my background. Maybe I'd even buy it for my office... (although I donno...I'm kinda cheap :-) )
But do you really think anybody cares about the URL?
And if people really want to know the origin of the image, they'll look closely enough to see small font...
ditch the URL, and shrink your name and what not, then move it to the area vacated by the url - this does two things: makes your name stand out with smaller font (maybe some block font?) and leaves the image pure.
My $0.02 - please do the above, apparently, I will not be the only happy person :-)
after seeing the picture again, I'd like to add...
replace your email address with www.sinn.org (where people can get ryan@sinn.org to contact you), then place a link to the shutterfly thing on www.sinn.org.
People who want your work, or to contact you will be able to without problem...and people will not be turned off by too much text on an otherwise breathtaking photo.
Yeah, I really want to use this picture as a wallpaper but the ugly text ruins everything! Can we have a high-resolution image without the text please?
how to spoil a beautiful picture by putting a silly copyright and link on it, LESSON 1...
you took a great shot... why not just share it with the community?

I like the look of the signature - it looks better that a simple website-link.
that he put this here not to share it with you and I, but merely to advertise?

I don't mind the copyright being there, but I do agree you should use a smaller font.

Yo yo yo bro that s f*ckin true man !!!!!
That huge "copyright ..." and URL link is somewhat... obtrusive, no? Otherwise, great shot. :o) Pascal
I second that. A smaller font at the bottom would have been enough.
Yes, it's too large. Don't like it with such a big copyright, because it destroys the whole atmosphere.
