The Blind Lake (also called "God's Eye") is situated within a highmoor in the Black Forest. I can recommend a hiking trip along the "Westweg", which between Rensberg and Martinskapelle will lead you there. At an altitude of about 1000m, the lake is about 10m deep and its water is pitch-black due to the moor.
