I have fixed it as far as my skills kan take me for now :)
The download file is the one wieved as the second screenshot. The first one is kept for historical reasons :)
Kick ass concept.
The perspective that tux is put on there is a bit off. Use The GIMP to change perspective of the layer or selection (Shift + P).
Might do the trick. :-)

Mighty fine job. Looks like Tux was on there for real.
The secret is cunning use of bummap :) And the perspectiv tool, and some transperancy of the tuxlayer.
