They hold the copyrights to it and you have no business releasing it as GPL unless you have their express written permission or unless they have released it as GPL...and I doubt that.
Please dont "steal" other peoples works. This site is not about "harvesting" pictures from the net, its about more than that.

thats really cool looking! what did you make it with? don't suppose you could enlarge it to... oh... about 1600x1200? :D
i got it from just a pic of a virus, w/ a little colorfy, text, and so on... made w/ the gimp. I'll see what I can do to enlarge it!
