I saw my old wallpaper "blueswirl" being used on One Base Go and Symphony OS with some slight modifications. On SymphonyOS, they blurred it a bit more than I did originally and I like the look so I decided to re-release it with said modification. I hope that one day one of my wallpapers may make it into the kdeartwork package and be on a default install of KDE. I like to think that I am contributing to something important and it makes me feel good to see my work being used by people I don't even know. I can see now why a developer would spend hours working on a program, only to give it away for free. Linus had it right all along---"Just for fun".
