Sigh. Can you please fix the license to proprietary or fix the image to remove proprietary content? Since the work includes a copyrighted logo/image/name, the work itself cannot be creative commons. I don't recognize the rest of the picture and I assume you made it yourself, which would make the picture fine to CC if you remove the logo if such is the case, but the picture as-is cannot be given CC..

Basically, the copyright for the logo itself is much more restrictive than CC. For instance, the CC is lenient about sharing the image, whereas the logo's license is not. The CC if I am not mistaken would allow for use on a distribution, for instance, but the proprietary logo does not have such leniency. Unless you can prove me wrong (which I may well be), it would be appreciated by those of us who care about legality on this site if you would fix it.
