How did you take this photo? My camera whites out. So i have to swich to manuel and use an nd filter. I use a Canon G5. Plus, this is a beautiful photo, it's very calming. Thanks, GK
The original picture looks a bit different, see here: www.uni-frankfurt.de/~waeckerl/flower.jpg My camera is a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ20 I made the pic with the following specifications: Aperture Value f/4 Color Space sRGB Exposure Bias Value 0 EV Exposure Program Macro Flash No Flash Focal Length 72 mm ISO 80 Metering Mode Multi-Segment Shutter Speed Value 1/250 sec I hope I could help you, Z.
Wow what a difference, You sure did some doctoring, but the end result is a truly magnificent photo. I've taken photo's of lillies & white roses and the whites wash out. I have to use an ND filter and the high apature just to get good white differences. However, I end up with a overly dark photo. I wish I could select color space on my camera. That might help. I guess i have to face the fact the my CCD chip doesn't have good white dynamic range compared to new digitals. I use an old Canon G5 3 year old. Thanks for the info, GK P.S. Keep posting you create very soothing photos.
