Hi! Your GDM theme is by far the best theme i've seen on this site. Clean, simple and readable. Your work has singularly inspired me to make my desktop look as close to your *GDM* theme as possible.
To this end, rather than use your zniavrOObuntoo GTK, I played around with some other elements that were available out there, and came up with this: http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/NEUR0M4NCER+27-06-08?content=84174. None of it is my own work (apart from the kindergarten wallpaper), I just put some bits together in a very simplistic way, but I think it would be a good reference if you ever feel like developing zniavrOObuntoo GTK any further. When I have the time, I plan to change the min/max/close buttons a little (yeah - actually do some work myself!!), but apart from that I think it fits in very well with your GDM theme.

in fact im not familliar with this "law"
i just modified color and font (but the logo was already in previous gdm and the license too)
wich license should i give to this theme (if it's possible) ?

I think you can not release it under gpl (because you used ubuntu logo), see ubuntu web pages

I advise you to color the ubuntu logo or so,making it a good compare to the dark background .
I did just that in Gimp. It's quite easy. If you or zniavre would like it. Drop me a message. That is if zniavre's OK with the mod I did.
