This is a very nice theme, and I'd like to use it, but there are a few problems on Debian Squeeze.
The theme does not appear in Appearance preferences>themes. (Needs an index.theme file?)
The mid section of the upper panel and the whole of the lower panel do not take the correct colour. (I have the Equinox engine installed and other Equinox themes display correctly.)
Firefox/Iceweasel menubar text is almost unreadable- black on a dark grey background. (A userChrome.css file could fix this?)
Any chance you could sort these issues for Debian/other distro users?

I'll try to resolve these issue. I might releave a v2 of this theme soon. Meanwhile, for the panel you might try setting the bg color manually..
