Description: This theme is a version of the beautiful Adwaita Elements by Peyton (a Gnome 3 theme) for Gnome 2.XX; I've deleted the GTK 3 folder from the original theme and I've solved an issue with menu bar background.
If you need to change the font color of the menu bar you can install gnome color chooser.
To install this theme extract the .zip that contains the theme (Admod2.tar.gz) and the panel backgroundLast changelog:

Changed close, restore, minimize and maximize buttons; changed color scheme (now window border perfectly match "file, modify, etc" menu); added my panel background and solved a problem with some dialog windows whose border weren't rounded
