The font name is Droid family, its free if I remember correctly, put that into your search box, you should find it.
And remember it shouts at the eye when used in pure black colour, hence I dumbed down the colour off a bit to be more natural.

Hi glad you liked it. I didn't understand you. If you are implying about the file manager in the screenshot, it isn't Nautilus. It's called PCManFM, you should comfortably find it in your distro's repo.
