can someone please help me installing this theme? iv moved the folder to ../.themes/ but i cant find the theme to select it on theme manager. second, how do i install a emerald theme like this??

Your scrollbar stepper-down-prelight is green, whereas the up-prelight is not. The left and right stepper-prelights are also green. I'm assuming the up was intended to be green as well. Otherwise, very thorough and clean theme! I might use it as a basis for a future theme (with you credited, of course!). I'm still looking, though, We'll see.
