I like the recent Christmas themes that have been posted, so I wanted to have a go myself.
My first attempt was voted out of existence. Here's my second attempt.
The panel buttons are mods from Caramel Black Panel. Last changelog:

the green and red parts should be a bit more decent in my opinion. Furthermore the Flakes should be a bit smaller and there should be different kind of flakes.
