Nope, sorry. I don't use Emerald, I use GTK-Window-Decorator which provides for Metacity themes. I am using the Zin3 metacity theme here from this same site.
But an Emerald theme shouldn't be hard I guess, I will try to do it when I find time, else you can also try ;-)
