Fix Appearance OpenOffice or LibreOffice: go to Tools->Options->Apprearace and change:
Document background (from automatic to white)
Application Background (from automatic to blue gray)
Font color (from automatic to black)
Icon theme: Faenza (Faenza Darkest)
File Manager: Nautilus Ellementary (first screenshot)

it's dark, flat, and glassy.. replaced breadcrumb and button on nautilus elementary.. btw thanks very much :)

Your artistic effort is appreciated and the works is excellent but your method of dissemination is an extreme annoyance. I have to say this as a general statement: All you folks who do external download links to "file sharing" sites are being JERKS. Please use the built-in storage facilities of the site where you post the file; they are there for a reason. I see it constantly here on gnome-look.org and deviantart and I'm very tired of it. In this case the download link leads to deviantart and FROM THERE it leads to a file sharing site that requires me to disable my pop-up blocker to download a file, ties up my box so that I "have time" to read the ads and in general is a security risk. Inconveniencing your users is NOT making you friends out there. It's time someone said that this is foolishness.

In retrospect, I am sorry I was so vehement about it. It's just that a LOT of people seem to do this and I don't understand the reason. i used to post skins for Desktop Sidebar (a Windows app back in the XP days) on deviantart and I always used the built-in storage features. And make no mistake: I greatly admire your work and efforts - they are excellent.
