Theme is heavily influenced by Samui gtk2 theme by SimonSays, Windowsblinds Samui theme by duyvan82, Samui MSstyle by Delacro and Samui 1.0 by sky1983628 (dunno who the original author was).
Used Dust by Rico Ambiescent and Murrina Crystal by zhuqin as working bases.
Unfortunately I'm not the best themer so please feel free to modify it

Metacity decoration is called PlanoLM_round and can be found on gnome-look.org.

So, the file is not in gzipped format. It is just a tar file...you may want to re-compress it as gzip or change the extension to reflect that Also, I am sort of a newb with themes, I am not sure how to make good use of this, I would love to have it look like the screenshot but there is no index.theme in the archive...I tried to create my own but that turned out to be pretty ugly, I installed PlanoLM, not sure what to do next...
If you want to have it look like the Screenshot you need the newest Murrine SVN engine. Plus you should take a look after the "Eikos" icon theme. I've modded that icon theme and I'm not quite sure whether it's copyrighted, so I won't upload it here...
