Would there be any way you could just port the settings or configuration or instructions (etc, haha) for the panel? I love the colors, but I am set on the gtk theme I am using now and it would look nice.

This really is a beautiful theme, one of my favorites. The only problem I have with it, is that the scroll bars lack color difference, making them hard to see. This is especially bad with my laptop in direct sunlight.
I like this, it has a nice mix of black that doesn't hurt my eyes, and it works.
This look especially nice when I added in a white 'shadow' with beryl on windows, it makes drop down menu look as they're glowing if you have a dark background to go with the dark panel bar =D
unless you have a superior design, i wouldn't comment. please - only constructive suggestions - not pessimistic and discouraging ones. and it looks fantastic to be honest.

I make some themes for gnome and only 2 have Black design and only in panel and window frames....
For JoeBishop: If you dont like black borders change it !

I really love your themes but I'm more of a dark themes person. It would really rock if you do a dark theme. :)
to me this looks like Clearlooks theme is entered as your default in .gtkrc-2.0, so you're enjoying a crazy mixture between both... I would make a backup of that file and then delete it, then log out and back in and it should be done.

WTF? You're wrong. Professionnal webdesigners often use black color. Well used, black can produce great effects.

This metacity theme is default Synthesis included in theme :)
