This is one of the best darker themes i've ever seen, well done!! however the scroll bars dont really fit in. The theme is mostly flat with nice curvy accents, which i like, but the scroll bars looky glossy. adding a more subtle curve or flattening them would make the theme perfect
programs with multiple tool bars dont blend well either because the lower bar has rounded corners like the upper bar. seen clearly in Firefox and not as well in OpenOffice.

it's may be a wrong (old ? ) version of clearlooks .
i do not what to do really except install clearlooks from svn on your gutsy
let me install gutsy on vbox and i will make for you this gtkrc (this evening if you do not mind)

I appreciate this, but the theme still not working... only the toolbar bg and the panel bg is applied, nothing else; it could be some error in the gtkrc maybe... could you check this please? (tree path is ok now) :|
