the icons are just a personal mix of the nuoveXT versions (1+2) and a few other, like the mediaplayer icons http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/NuoveXT+multimedia+icons?content=64022
The index.theme uses the NUO-OS icon theme, which I've never seen, where's it from?

This looks amazingly nice. Lovely colours and use of both engines. I can even live with the coloured menubar, because it fits very well with the theme. Downloaded and voted good.
