One thing, which is a bit annoying is that presses buttons are not clearly visible (especially when the buttons are really small like the channel mode buttons in xchat). Is it possible to change this?
I've tweaked the gtkrc of the theme

Beautiful ! I agree on the scrollbar color need :) Maybe toggle and hover for buttons too.
