For suggestions and ideas use bugs.kde.org and file a whishlist entry. The KDE Improvements category on kde-apps.org is for real software or patches which extend/improve kde, not for suggestions or ideas!
Adding every wish/idea to kde-apps.org only floods the site and makes it difficult to find what this page is about: Applications (hence the name kde-apps.org and not kde-ideas.org!)

You're messing up KDE-Look.org too! (yes kde improvers is there too!) so bug off (heh heh heh)
